Description

Head Cement: we can’t say for sure if this is Sally Hansens… but its Sally Hansens 😉 Harelines Hard As Hull Head Cement is a durable head cement made with acrylic copolymers that dries nice and hard and can be worked into any pattern to increase durability.
Penetrator: a thinner acrylic copolymer formula than the Regular, designed to lock materials in at the core.
Thinner: For use with either Hard as Hull, or Hard as Hull Penatrator Cement to thin out the consistency.
